In Ihrem neuen Arbeitsumfeld erwarten Sie spannende Verantwortungsbereiche und unmittelbare Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Customer Experience unserer Fluggäste am Touchpoint Lounge.

Konzeption, Priorisierung, Ausarbeitung und kommerzielle Bewertung neuer Lounges Gestaltung der Customer Experience inkl. Food & Beverage Konzepten Umsetzungsplanung, Projekt- und Kostenmanagement aller Lufthansa Airlines Lounge-Projekte Aktive Steuerung und Monitoring der Einführung von Produkten & Services in Lounges Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen zu Betrieb und zur Experience Qualität in den Partner und Contract Lounges Steuerung externer Dienstleister Permanente Sicherstellung von Aktualität, Kundenbezug, Marktaktualität, operative Performance sowie Qualitäts- und Kostenmonitoring Durchführung aller geschäftlichen Aktivitäten im Verantwortungsbereich im Rahmen der relevanten Richtlinien Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen

Voraussetzungen

Hochschulstudium (Master), vorzugsweise Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in produktnahen oder Airline spezifischen Bereichen Ausgiebige Kenntnisse im Brand- oder Produktmanagement Starke Projektleitungskompetenz Erfahrung im komplexen Stakeholdermanagement (inkl. Top Management) Durchsetzungsvermögen Fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
