Das Project Management Office (PMO) unterstützt die Projektleitung UNIFY in der Umsetzung der Aufgaben zur Projektsteuerung. Das PMO entwickelt, prüft und realisiert Verbesserungen für eine effektive Projektstruktur.
Dazu zählt insbesondere die Umsetzung aller notwendigen Vorgänge zur Projektsteuerung in der Projektorganisation, u. a.:
Projektinterne Kommunikation Projektorganisation und -routine Planungsprozesse Controlling (Scope, Time, Budget) Qualitätssicherung (Risks, Issues, Change Requests) Bereitstellung der benötigten Arbeitsmittel Leitung des PMO-Teams
Was Sie ausmacht
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, idealerweise in der Projektsteuerung Methodenkompetenz PRINCE2 Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz Freude an der Arbeit im Team Motivation für die Arbeit in einem konzernweiten Transformationsprojekt Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement Moderationsvermögen-
