Responsibilities

Responsible for quality assurance consisting of QA and CCM at the site Management and development of directly subordinate employees  Implementation and further development of global process and quality standards Establishment and functional management of the global QA organisation  Collaboration in operational activities within QA  Supporting the sales organisation in the context of customer complaints Continuous further development of global processes in the spirit of ONE EagleBurgmann  Collaboration in digitalisation projects (e.g. SAP Q module) Performing the role of a global ProcessOwner Support global audits

Qualifications

Engineering degree or comparable education  Team spirit, realisation orientation and moderation skills Customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinkingSeveral years of practical work experience in qualityKnowledge of process and LEAN management Structured way of working and good self-organisationAnalytical way of thinking and working Fluency in German & English; borth written & spoken Good SAP and MS Office skills
