By leveraging our strong brand and customer loyalty, the E-Commerce team for DACH is responsible for driving Dyson’s growth via the online shopping experience. 

About the role 

As our Content Executive, you will: 

Own and manage content on Dyson.com to ensure top-tier site performance and customer journey  Update content in alignment with market trading plans using Content Management Systems (CMS)  Collaborate with marketing and group teams to build and merchandise website pages  Set up and manage promotions according to the commercial calendar  Ensure promotions are well-merchandised to drive sales growth  Conduct regular site health checks, including monitoring 404 errors and onsite search performance  Manage website content to address key owner tension points in collaboration with the owner experience team  Benchmark customer journeys against other websites to identify and address gaps  Collaborate with group teams to launch and integrate new functionality, new product development (NPD), and campaigns to enhance Dyson.com business and owner experience 

About you 

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have: 

Prior experience working with a CMS; familiarity with Adobe stack (Magento, AEM) is a plus  Strong understanding of digital and eCommerce concepts  Creative mindset with experience in merchandising and messaging campaigns; Photoshop experience is advantageous  Interest in developing analytics skills; experience with Google or Adobe analytics is beneficial  Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take risks  Owner-focused approach, considering the impact of plans and actions on the owner experience  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with autonomy  Strong organizational skills to break down goals into manageable tasks and meet deadlines  Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues in simple terms  Keen attention to detail  Solution-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude  Collaborative spirit, comfortable working with colleagues across countries and cultures; use of GIFs in communication is encouraged
