You can look forward to
You apply your know-how to Hannover Re's enterprise projects and thereby form an important link between the various departments. Essentially, you perform the following wide-ranging tasks:
Collecting and specifying testable requirements as well as validating, prioritising and managing these requirements You serve as an interface between the various business units, local offices and IT You analyse requirements and translate them for the IT team Analysing actual processes and developing target processes similarly falls within your task area Documenting technical challenges and issues and passing this information on to the relevant stakeholders Maintaining the requirements tool (e.g. DevOps, Jira) Conceptual elaboration of solutions that support implementation of our enterprise strategy Approving IT solution designs You are responsible for the conceptual design and coordination of tests You provide end-to-end support to ensure expedient and successful roll-out of the (IT) solution
You come equipped with
Business analysis is what you do and you already have several years of professional experience in the field You have successfully completed a degree in a suitable specialist field or have a comparable qualification It goes without saying that you have an affinity for digital applications as well as robust knowledge of the techniques, tools and methods of business analysis You have the ability to grasp business processes and understand the ways in which technology supports our business Independent user skills in German (at least level B2) and proficient user skills in English (level C1/C2) round off your profile You are willing to travel occasionally, for three to four times a year and for a duration of one weekOn a personal level, you can impress us with your capacity for lateral thinking and your ability to recognise correlations between products, processes and IT solutions.
