SaaS Product Marketer

Customers from all industries worldwide rely on ilert for alerting, on-call management, and incident communication. We address a fundamental need of companies that offer 24/7 services. As our product marketer you will be part of our mission and help companies to become uptime heroes.
Tasks- Align with Product and Marketing teams on strategy and messaging
- Create content to convey the benefits of our product and establish yourself as a subject-matter expert to various audiences in sales enablement and other documents, guides, product videos, blog posts, email campaigns, and the website
- Support the buyer journey optimization as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Native or near-native proficiency in German and excellent command of English
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or technical content creation preferably in the SaaS industry
- Excellent writer (have sample links ready)
- Background in marketing, communications, or engineering
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
