Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

What you will be doing

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

act as the primary commercial liaison and manage business networking, clarify commercial details and contract conditions for internal partners, manage pricing for products and adjustments, evaluate customer inquiries and tenders, identify commercial risks, and formulate responses with relevant departments, create, negotiate, and finalize custom contracts, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations, oversee contract administration, address commercial matters, and resolve claims, while seeking commercial opportunities aligned with business objectives, implement and uphold a governance framework for contract management, including drafting, approval, signature, and record-keeping.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

possess a business degree or equivalent qualification, have experience in commercial roles with strong negotiation skills, exhibit sound business acumen, show capability to manage ambiguity, be proficient with MS Office and ERP tools, demonstrate skills to analyze, interpret, negotiate, and draft contracts, along with an understanding of pricing and business models, commit to travel up internationally to 25% of the time, possess fluency in English, with proficiency in German considered a significant asset.
