Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Product Safety Assurance Engineer w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Berlin. Die Besetzung dieser Stelle ist in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich.

 

Ihre Rolle bei Alstom - Das bewegen Sie mit uns

Im Herzen Berlins, am Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, befindet sich der Hauptsitz von Alstom für die DACH-Region. Bis zu 500 Kolleg:innen aus über 40 Ländern arbeiten hier zusammen. Neben Projekt-management, Geschäftsentwicklung und Strategie für die Region liegt der Schwerpunkt am Standort vor allem auf der Digitalisierung der Schiene. Die Corporate Functions tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Standorte zu unterstützen und kontinuierlich auszubauen. In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an Safety Manager und arbeiten in einem motivierten und engagierten Team.

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung: Erstellen des Safety Management Plans, für die Planung von anfallenden Sicherheitsaufgaben von signaltechnischen Projekten und Produkten
  • Sicherheitsanalyse: Durchführung von  Sicherheitsanalysen zur Identifikation von Sicherheitsanforderungen mittels: FMECA, FTA, HAZOP, Brainstorming, DILO
  • Berichterstellung: Erstellung des Sicherheitsnachweises nach EN50129 und der Berichte der Sicherheitsanalysen (PHA, SHA, SSHA, IHA)
  • Unterstützung der Projekte bei der normativen Erfüllung des Produktlebenszyklus, z.B. Prüfen des Anforderung-, Verifikations- und des Testprozesses auf Vollständigkeit, Korrektheit, Konsistenz und Eignung
  • Abstimmung, enge Zusammenarbeit mit Zulassungsbehörden und Gutachtern

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium des Ingenieurwesens/Informatik/Mathematik oder vergleichbar
  • Es müssen nicht alle folgenden Kentnisse erfüllt sein:
    • Erfahrung in der Software- und Produktentwicklung in Projekten gemäß relevanten Standards
    • Erfahrung im Sicherheits- und Anforderungsmanagement und deren Techniken (HAZOP, FMECA, FTA, DILO)
    • Erfahrung in der Eisenbahntechnik
    • Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsstandards (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, EN 61508, ISO 26262, IEC 61513, IEC 61511, IEC 61513)
    • Kenntnisse in ERTMS/ETCS oder nationalen Zugsicherungssystemen (LZB/PZB/ATB/...)
    • Abstraktionsvermögen und analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
    • Eigenmotivation, kooperative Arbeitsweise und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
