Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Erreichung der MICE-Umsatzziele aller Design Offices Standorte in Stuttgart.
  • Du sichtest Kundenanfragen, bist zuständig für die Leadqualifizierung, erstellst Angebote und verhandelst Verträge für Meetings, Konferenzen und Events.
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft setzt du gezielt bei Follow-Up-Anrufen ein.
  • Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Kollegen und Standortleitern bist du ein absolutes Kommunikationstalent.
  • Du sorgst für die termingerechte Erstellung von Function Sheets als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und Kollegen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Deine Ausbildung im Hotelfach- oder Hospitality-Bereich hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Im MICE Sales bringst du das nötige Know-How und Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit.
  • Du hast gute Marktkenntnisse und bist gut in der Branche vernetzt.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Mit Kunden und Kollegen kommunizierst du sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Berlin.
