Stellenbeschreibung
Als Head of the Motor Development übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für unser kleines Team im Europe R&D Center in Bruchsal. Sie beschäftigen sich grundlegend mit der Leitung und Unterstützung des Teams mit Fokus auf Optimierung der Servo- und Standardmotoren im europäischen Markt. Sie zeichnen sich nicht nur durch Ihre Leidenschaft für die Antriebstechnik und Innovation aus, sondern beweisen geschäftlichen Schaftsinn, Ergebnisorientierung und ein Gespür für Menschen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Personalführung und -entwicklung des lokalen E‑Motorenentwicklungsteams für Industrieapplikationen Sicherstellen von teamübergreifender Koordination und Kommunikation, sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsabteilungen in verschiedenen Regionen Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden, sowie die Analyse von Anforderungen und der Entwurf von Lösungen Überwachung der Realisierung applikationsspezifischer Antriebe auf Basis bestehender Motorbaukästen, sowie Steuerung von Neuentwicklungsprojekten und Beteiligung bei der Durchführung Abnahme, sowie Be- und Auswertung der Ergebnisse von Validierungstests und lassen die Ergebnisse systematisch in den Entwurfsprozess einfließen Durchführung von CE Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren Sie bleiben stets über neue Technologien informiert und treiben diese intern voran
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, oder Elektrotechnik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich des Maschinenbaus sowie mit Elektromotoren Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz Erfahrung in der elektrischen, thermischen und mechanischen Produktgestaltung und mit der Sicherstellung der Zuverlässigkeit von mechanischen Elementen Kenntnisse über elektromotorspezifische Fertigungsverfahren sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Innovative Denkweise sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
