Produktmanager - Digitalisierung Original Equipment (m/w/d)
Weiterentwickeln der Strategie smarter Produkte und digitaler Services für den Geschäftsbereich Original Equipment und Vorantreiben der damit verbundenen strategischen Initiative.
Überwachen von Markttrends auf Wachstumschancen, identifizieren von Erfolgsfaktoren, Marktchancen zur mittel- und langfristigen Gestaltung des Produkt- und Serviceportfolios.
Definieren der Value Proposition digitaler Produkte unter Berücksichtigung der Branchen-, OE-Kunden und Endbenutzeranforderungen.
Herleiten der digitalen end-to-end Angebote und Lösungen und Führen der Roadmap für das digitale Portfolio.
Definieren der Preisstrategien und Festlegen globaler Rahmenbedingungen für wichtige Zielkunden und/oder Branchensegmente, um einen kohärenten Ansatz sicherzustellen.
Abstimmung globaler Vertriebsziele, Ableiten entsprechender Maßnahmen und Erfolgsmessung anhand von Kennzahlen und Zielen.
Initiieren der Marketingmaßnahmen, einschließlich Planung und Umsetzung von Produkteinführungen.
Sensibilisierung interner Funktionen (z.B. Vertrieb, Marketing, Engineering) für die Marktbedürfnisse und Digitalisierungsanforderungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen globalen Produktmanagern, der IoT-Expertengruppe sowie der Technologieentwicklung.
Bewerten rechtlicher Aspekte, Rahmenbedingungen und Datenzugang für Test-, Pilot- und Serienphasen. Überwachen aller Standards und Markttrends zwecks Input für Forschung und Entwicklung sowie dem Schutz geistiger Eigentumsrechte in diesem Produktsegment.
Profil:
Ausbildung: Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
Erfahrung:
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager, Product Owner, oder andere relevante Rolle im Kontext digitaler Innovationen
- Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams
Benötigte Fähigkeiten:
- Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse vorzugsweise in der Off-Highway-Maschinen-/Industrie oder Automobilindustrie
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Benutzerperspektiven und Vertretung der Erstausrüstungs- und Kundeninteressen in den laufenden Projekten
