Wir suchen einen qualifizierten  ServiceNow-Plattform-Spezialisten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. Wenn Sie Erfahrung in Analyse, Design, Entwicklung, Test und Implementierung von Lösungen auf der ServiceNow-Plattform haben, dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.

 

Aufgaben:

  • Expertenberatung für Benutzer der ITSM-Plattform, um sie bei bewährten Methoden für die Plattformnutzung zu unterstützen.
  • Entwicklung und Bereitstellung benutzerdefinierter Anwendungen basierend auf der ITSM-Plattform gemäß den Geschäftsanforderungen.
  • Wartung und Betrieb der ITSM-Plattform von PAUL HARTMANN (ServiceNow), um einen reibungslosen Betrieb und optimale Leistung sicherzustellen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten für die Entwicklung, Wartung und den Betrieb der ITSM-Plattform von PAUL HARTMANN, um eine nahtlose Integration und Unterstützung zu gewährleisten.
  • Management von Projekten und Änderungsanfragen, die sich auf die ITSM-Plattform von PAUL HARTMANN auswirken, und Sicherstellung ihrer erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Ausführung.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über die Leistung der ITSM-Plattformoperationen, Projekte und Änderungen, Bereitstellung von Einblicken und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung.

 

Kompetenzen:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Sehr gute nachgewiesene Kenntnisse in Analyse, Design, Entwicklung, Test und Inbetriebnahme von Lösungen auf der ServiceNow-Plattform
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im IT Service Management, ITIL-Zertifizierung oder ähnliches ist wünschenswert
  • Lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen bei der Implementierung von Service-Prozessen
  • Selbstorganisation und die Fähigkeit in einem globalen dezentral organisierten Team zu arbeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kunden bei der Analyse von Service-Prozessen
  • Kundenorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
