Das erwartet Sie:

Die INIT unterstützt Verkehrsunternehmen weltweit durch Software-, Hardware und Servicelösungen. Zur effizienten Nutzung dieser Angebote sind Schulungen und passende Dokumentation essentiell. Über die Projekte hinaus stehen wir unseren Kunden partnerschaftlich zur Seite und bieten eine enge Kundenbetreuung. Für dieses Experten-Team suchen wir eine/n Teamleiter*in mit folgenden Schwerpunkten: Fachliche Führung des Teams und Unterstützung der einzelnen Mitarbeiter*innen bei deren persönlicher Entwicklung (u.a. durch Festlegung individueller Ziele und strategische Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung) Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Bestandskundenmanagement und Analyse des ÖPNV Marktes Verantwortung für die Planung und Koordination der personellen Kapazitäten für Bestandskunden und Projektaufgaben Erste Anlaufstelle für operative Fragen des Teams interdisziplinär für strategische Themen im Fachgebiet Kundenbetreuung, Training und Dokumentation Stärkung des kontinuierlichen Austausches zu anderen Fachabteilungen am Standort Karlsruhe, wie auch innerhalb der internationalen INIT Gruppe Identifikation und Umsetzung von Neuerungen im Bereich von Trainings und Dokumentation

Das bringen Sie mit:

Führungserfahrung im ÖPNV oder Kaufmännischer Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Betriebswirt) Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement und mit Schulungen Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, Affinität im Umgang mit Zahlen (Interpretation, Kausalitätsprüfung, Reporting) Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Kommunikatives Geschick, Abschlussstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Serviceleistungen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft zu wiederkehrenden Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
