For our worldwidespecial foundation construction activities we are looking for a Commercial Controller - Major International Projects (m/f/x) for our location SCHROBENHAUSEN.
Your tasks:
Coordination of commercial tasks during execution and tender stage for worldwide projects Overseeing / evaluation of major international projects (cost control, budget planning, reporting, risk management, cash management) Support function on commercial matters for our subsidiaries abroad Monitoring and evaluation of project cost, conducting deviation analysis and preparation of executive summary reportsYour profile:
Completed academic degree, e.g. (International) Business Administration, Finance Management, Civil Engineering or similar studies Several years of commercial management experience with a proven international track record in construction industry Ability to be a strategic commercial sparring partner and a good negotiator combined with a deep understanding of construction processes (such as calculation and contracts management) Good IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office and SAP, experience with budgeting software is a plus Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, German and/or any other language a plusWe offer you:
