Die Plan.Net TechNest ist Teil der Plan.Net Gruppe und digitaler Dienstleister für Webseiten, CMS-Entwicklung, Portale, Mobile, Custom und Application Development & IT-Betrieb. Wir decken den gesamten digitalen Lebenszyklus von der Analyse, Konzeption & Design (Schwerpunkt Anwendungen), Architektur, Beratung (inkl. IT-Strategie), über Programmierung, Test und Hosting bis hin zur Wartung und Optimierung ab. Unser Enabler ist die IT-Beratung und das Projektmanagement.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir an unserem Standort München in Vollzeit einen Teamlead Technical Project Management (all genders) für Plan.Net TechNest.

Was Dich bei uns erwartet:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des IT Projektmanagement Teams als Teil eines Führungsquartets 
  • Strategische Anbahnung und Führung technisch herausfordernder und inhaltlich abwechslungsreicher App/Web/Plattform Projekte in einem innovativen Kreativ- und Marketingumfeld
  • Begleitung unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte und Services, Digitalisierung-Beratung und -Sparring mit den Schwerpunkten Organisation und Technologie
  • Volle Verantwortung für strategische Steuerung und unternehmerische Entwicklung Deiner Key Accounts und Programme
  • Möglichkeit die Entwicklung der Agentur durch einen spannenden Wachstums- und Transformationsprozess aktiv mitzugestalten
Was wir von Dir erwarten:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung technisch und organisatorisch anspruchsvoller Projekte im Web / Plattform / App Umfeld
  • Umfangreiches Methodenwissen und -kompetenz im klassischen (IPMA, PMI, Prince o. ä.) und Agilen (Scrum, Kanban) Kontext
  • Bereitschaft als Teamlead Verantwortung zu übernehmen, deine Mitarbeiter und Projekte aktiv zu begleiten und als Coach und Sparringspartner in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen
  • Bereitschaft dich als Führungskraft aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kultur, Prozesse und Tools einzubringen
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeit zur Selbst- und Fremdorganisation, reflektiertes und strukturiertes Vorgehen, sehr gute Team- und Sozialfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (eine weitere europäische Sprache ist von Vorteil) und Interesse an einem internationalen Kollegen- und Kunden-Umfeld
