We are the Digital Accelerator - a Competence Center within Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting. Drafting, designing and building sophisticated, modern and sustainable IT infrastructures and their seamless integration Responsibility for the design of an integrated architectural target image, taking into account all cross-divisional dependencies Independently developing the complex, architectural realignment of data integration and managing the scope and interfaces required for implementation Planning, coordination and implementation of IT solutions for the efficient processing of customer data based on innovative IT technologies Reliable application of agile software development processes and management of implementation in collaboration with our international teams as well as selection of and cooperation with external development partners Independent and target group-oriented presentation of results and derivation of recommendations for action in compliance with regulatory requirements Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams Supporting (sub-)projects with issues relating to IT infrastructure and software in connection with the development of analytics and BI tools Advising and supporting specialist departments in the use of analytics and BI tools QualifikationenIdeally you have the following:
Professional qualifications:
Successfully completed studies in economics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, natural sciences or comparable subjects Several years of experience in setting up and operating complex IT and cloud architecture as well as CICD Excellent knowledge of Azure services (e.g. ADF, Databricks, EventHub, ADLS, Monitoring, PowerBI Server, Azure SQL, Synapse, ...), as well as a deep understanding of API design and microservices Very good understanding of NLP, underlying models and building AI applications on common cloud platforms Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, Bash and Powershell Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies, methods and solutions in the field of cloud technology, to understand and apply them and to transfer them to operations Curiosity and drive to explore technological innovations in the cloud environment (especially Azure, Databricks), and in particular the ability to integrate these into productive operations after security and efficiency-oriented assessment Sound knowledge and experience in planning and managing complex IT projects as well as knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Knowledge of mlflow, Azure ML.(optional) Business fluent in German and EnglishPersonal skills:
