DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH
Du bist Beratungsprofi im Kontext Digital Business bzw. IT-Projekte und möchtest namenhafte Kunden erfolgreich in die digitale Welt führen? Außerdem zeichnet dich dein ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken ebenso aus wie die Fähigkeit, Inhalte kritisch zu hinterfragen und miteinander zu vernetzen?

Als Managing IT-Consultant bist du Schlüsselspielerin bzw. Schlüsselspieler für unseren Unternehmenserfolg und bewegst dich bei unseren Kunden an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilung und IT. Du gestaltest aktiv die Kerngeschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und managst anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte ganzheitlich von der Konzeption bis in die Implementierung.
Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:
Leitung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten hoher Komplexität inkl. Anforderungs- und Stakeholder Management Entwicklung von kundenindividuellen Roadmaps für die Umsetzung deiner DigitalisierungsstrategienKonzeptionelle Beratung und Entwurf von anspruchsvollen IT-Architekturen zur Unterstützung betrieblicher GeschäftsprozessePlanung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops sowie Coaching auf dem Gebiet des Software-EngineeringAkquisitions- und Presales-TätigkeitenDu beteiligst Dich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von adesso genauso wie von deinen Kunden und treibst Themen der digitalen Transformation voran.DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Neben einem abgeschlossenen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Nebenfach Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation zählt vor allem eines: Der Blick für das Wesentliche und die Leidenschaft für Digitale Transformationsprozesse genauso wie die Lust, sich in neue Themen reinzudenken und neue Technologien, Tools, etc. zu entdecken.Weitreichende Beratungserfahrung mit entsprechendem IT-Know-How - vor allem in der Konzeption und praktischen Umsetzung von modernen und flexiblen IT-Architekturen und Frameworks sowie belegt durch Kenntnisse gängiger Werkzeuge und Methoden im Bereich des Software-Engineering, u.a. Entwicklungsumgebungen, Testwerkzeuge, Case-Tools, UML, RUP, Scrum und V-ModellDarüber hinaus punktest du mit großer Überzeugungskraft, hoher Eigenverantwortung und Ergebnisorientierung genauso wie mit deiner offenen, kommunikativen und hilfsbereiten Art, Gestaltungskraft sowie analytisch-konzeptionellem Geschick.Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft (Reisetätigkeit gehört zum IT-Dienstleistungsgeschäft dazu – natürlich versuchen wir diesen Punkt individuell für beide Seiten bspw. mit der Organisation wohnortnaher Projekteinsätze bestmöglich auf deine Situation abzustimmen) runden dein Profil ab.-
