… das HR-Team im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess zu unterstützen – von der Stellenausschreibung über das Screening bis hin zum Führen von Interviews.

… die Organisation und Verwaltung administrativer HR-Aufgaben zu übernehmen und für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft zu sorgen.

… die Dokumentation und Pflege von Personalakten, Krankmeldungen und Vertragsrückmeldungen mit Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit zu begleiten.

… du mindestens die ersten drei Semester eines relevanten Studiums (z. B. BWL, Personalmanagement, Psychologie) erfolgreich absolviert hast.
