Global Airline Training Deployment Project Manager

Job Description
Qualifications:The Global Airline Training Deployment Project Manager will coordinate a team of subject matter experts and will engage and support airline training programs with their transition to competency- based training & assessment. The role will be required to travel and remain with customer airlines for periods of time as determined by the size, scope and complexity of the operation. This role is part of a multi-disciplined and diverse deployment team ensuring that program objectives and understood, managed and delivered.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the deployment lead and subject matter experts during airline visits
Create an airline training gap analysis to CBTA, support scope, control evaluations, report drafting and follow up and verification of issue closure to ensure efficient transition to CBTA.
Communicate observations and provide options for the safe, efficient implementation of Boeing CBTA
Monitor, document and assess steps taken by airlines to transition to Boeing CBTA
Maintain and develop agreed processes & procedures that support an airlines transition to Boeing CBTA
Document and share risks and mitigations of airline transition plans to Boeing CBTA
You will have the ability to be flexible but influential when required, with an in depth knowledge of airline pilot training programs and a broad understanding of the CBTA training requirements.
This position has been identified as a hybrid opportunity.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to travel unrestricted world-wide - minimum 50% of time travelling
Balanced profile of airline business knowledge/understanding and analytical savviness. Outstanding at relationship building with experience of partnering with business.
Experience of driving/managing projects and working with multiple business teams and stakeholders
Ability to hold stakeholders and business accountable for actions and deadlines
Experience of working on large scale programs requiring multiple data sources.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Able to clearly articulate technical work to non-technical business owners
Critical thinking & flexibility to effectively work around technical & business constraints
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong in communication skills in English, other languages may be an advantage
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience of working with airlines & customer facing roles a strong preference
Extensive working knowledge of airline flight operations and specifically pilot training programs.
