Bei NexWafe entwickeln wir ein wegweisendes Verfahren zur Herstellung von Siliziumwafern mit weniger Prozessschritten, was zu erheblichen Einsparungen bei Produktionskosten, Energieverbrauch und CO₂-Emissionen führt. Als Financial Accountant (m/w/d) bist du als Teil des Finance Teams (aktuell vier Personen) für die Buchhaltung im Unternehmen zuständig und agierst in diesem Bereich als erste Ansprechperson. Aufgaben- Du kümmerst dich um die laufende Buchhaltung, inkl. der Bankbuchhaltung
- Du erstellst die monatlichen Summen- und Saldenlisten, sowohl für die NexWafe als auch für die NexWafe Si-Fab GmbH, welche als Grundlage für sämtliche interne und externe Berichterstattung zur Hilfe genommen werden
- Gemeinsam mit unserem externen Steuerberater bist du für die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, Umsatzsteuerjahreserklärung sowie weitere ähnliche steuerliche Sachverhalte zuständig
- Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst ebenso die Anlagenbuchhaltung – Hier buchst du das Anlagevermögen und stellst sicher, dass Anlagen rechtzeitig aktiviert werden
- Du unterstützt im Rahmen der Erstellung und der Prüfung der Jahresabschlüsse
Da wir die Buchhaltung mit dir internalisieren werden, wirst du auch in den Aufbau des gesamten Prozesses integriert sein, was dir die Möglichkeit bietet, deinen neuen Arbeitsplatz von Anfang an mitzugestalten.
Qualifikation- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachwirt oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen
- Operative Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und gute Kenntnisse in HGB und Steuerrecht
- Erfahrungen mit der gängigen Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV
- Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten, strukturiertes und sorgfältiges Vorgehen
- Gewisse Flexibilität und Freude daran, neue Strukturen zu schaffen und Prozesse zu optimieren
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und maßgeblich zur Entwicklung der Position beizutragen
- Belastbarkeit bei temporär hohem Arbeitsvolumen (z.B. im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses)
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
