We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the design and development of reports and other data use cases, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and product owners and align with business objectives.
  • Enhance and optimize the overall reporting capability by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and leveraging emerging technologies and tools.
  • Drive the adoption of business intelligence solutions by effectively communicating their value proposition, benefits, and usage guidelines to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Champion data literacy within the organization by developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and resources to improve understanding and utilization of data and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to integrate data sources, streamline processes, and enable seamless data flow for reporting and analytics.
  • Monitors the impacts and value achieved from individual use cases, as well as from other data related activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics, assessing their potential impact on the organization and recommending relevant strategies or initiatives.

We expect:

  • University degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration with focus on IT or comparable education.
  • Several years of experience as a business analyst, report specialist, BI engineer or in a similar position.
  • Proven track record of delivering BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI and planning tools (e.g. OneStream, SAP IBP) ideally in different companies.
  • Working experience in a Supply Chain Environment.
  • Very good analytical skills for the identification of the right data for the requirements.
  • Ability to conduct requirements analysis and support the design of BI solution.
  • Deep knowledge in developing applications with Microsoft Power BI and planning tools (e.g. SAP -IBP).
  • Advanced project management skills, efficient organizational abilities to meet timeframe deadlines.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; Spanish and German are nice to have.
