Aufgaben
Sie erstellen den Risk Management Plan als auch das Risk Register zur Erfassung, Nachverfolgung und Bewertung von Risiken für die Projektabwicklung. Sie verantworten die regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Risk Register unter Einbeziehung der Projektleitung und der Projektteams in allen Projektphasen. Sie erstellen zudem auftragsspezifische Anweisungen und Übernehmen das Abweichungs/Change Management in kleineren/mittleren Projekten. Sie erfassen, analysieren, kategorisieren, priorisieren und nachverfolgen Abweichungen im Auftrag und koordinieren die Ermittlung der zugehörigen Kosten sowie die Auswirkungen von Abweichungen genauso wie ihre weitere Behandlung und Lösung. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Technik, dem Einkauf, dem Controlling und der kaufmännischen Auftragsabwicklung/Commercial Execution zusammen und stehen in engem Austausch mit dem Project Claims/Contract Management. Sie tragen bei der Kommunikation der Chancen und Risiken sowie der und Abweichungen/Changes in den Projektteams bei. Sie vertreten Ihre Themen in der Berichterstattung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung und projektübergreifend mit dem Linienmanagement.
Profil
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder ein vergleichbares Studium. Sie können Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Risk- und Change Management, idealerweise in der Anlagenbau-Branche vorweisen. Sie überzeugen durch Ihre selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Ihre hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft. Sie verstehen es mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Eigeninitiative, Ihrer Teamfähigkeit, Ihrem Durchsetzungsvermögen und Ihrer interkulturellen Kompetenz unterschiedliche Fragestellungen schnell und kreativ zu lösen. Solide Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen konnten Sie unter Beweis stellen sowie erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP sammeln. Da diese Rolle unter anderem auch eine weltweite Reisebereitschaft mit sich bringt, sind fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich.
