Die Position
Wir erfinden Nachhilfe neu, indem wir allen unseren Schüler*innen ermöglichen, ihr volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen - mit Hilfe innovativer, effektiver Tools für unsere Tutor*innen, welche es diesen erlauben, wirksame, inspirierende Unterrichtseinheiten durchzuführen, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kinder zugeschnitten sind. Wir stellen dafür eine geschützte, moderne Lernplattform bereit, worin wir Familien sichere Nachhilfe für bessere Noten und hochqualitative, schulbegleitende Unterstützung bieten. Lead Engineer (m/w/d)
Deine Rolle:
Technisch-fachliche Leitung und Koordination der Entwicklerteams in-house sowie Abstimmung mit anderen Entwicklerteams in der Unternehmensgruppe zur Umsetzung innovativer Softwareprojekte Verantwortung für die technische Architektur und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anwendungen sowie des Entwicklungsprozesses (Weiter-) Entwicklung und Wartung von Webanwendungen basierend auf PHP und AngularJS Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Produktmanagement und Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer effektiven Entwicklungs- und Projektfortschrittes Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung von Teammitgliedern
Was du mitbringst:
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler mit Fokus auf Backend / System-Architektur Erste Erfahrungen in einer Führungsposition Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in PHP und dem Symfony Framework (ab Version 3) Erfahrung mit Frontend-SPA-Entwicklung Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Softwarearchitekturen inkl. Cloud-Architekturen Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hands-on Mentalität
