Vorgesetzte oder Manager bei ihren Aktivitäten unterstützen Die Entwicklung, Überprüfung und Umsetzung von Prozessen und Verfahren unterstützen Erledigung von Verwaltungsaufgaben und Koordinierung im Zusammenhang mit dem Frontline-Betrieb, z. B. Dateneingabe, Paperworkhandling, Umschlagstätigkeiten, Sortiertätigkeiten, Rückverfolgungstätigkeiten Ansprechpartner intern/extern vor Ort. Auch wenn operative Aufgaben zu diesen Aufgaben gehören, wird 50% der Arbeitszeit mit Bürotätigkeiten verbracht. Organisation der eigenen Arbeit mit Prozessverantwortung Urteilsvermögen und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Eine Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich KEP oder Spedition wäre wünschenswert, Quereinstieg aber möglich.
Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem gültigen Flächentarifvertrag sowie der GBV Entgeltordnung.

Mögliche Schichtzeiten ohne Regelmäßigkeit:

PM 09:30 - 18:00 Uhr
PM 10:30 - 19:00 Uhr
PM 11:30 - 20:00 Uhr
PM 12:30 - 21:00 Uhr
