With just under , employees, we build the heart of our cars in six plants: high-quality and pioneering engines, transmissions and axles for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.

Supporting these employees in all aspects of operational HR work is our daily challenge. Join us during this exciting time of technological change at the Powertrain plant in Untertürkheim and work in one of our HR management teams to support a production/service area.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

You will work in a team on administrative and organizational topics and take on individual tasks independently You will be involved in personnel projects and personnel measures You will take part in various discussions with employees, managers, works councils and other stakeholders You contribute to the team as part of integration management (operational reintegration) and attendance management You work on selection and recruitment processes You create documents and presentations for various HR topics You will work on cross-team events and projects Qualifikationen Degree in business administration, economics, humanities and social sciences; ideally with a focus on human resources / labor law or a comparable course of study Confident handling of MS Office Confident knowledge of German and English Commitment and ability to work in a team Analytical mindset and strategic way of working Openness and curiosity and the willingness to contribute to the team
