Communications Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihr persönlicher Ansprechpartner geht auf Ihre Wünsche und Anliegen individuell und zeitnah ein, sodass wir Ihnen einen erstklassigen Service anbieten können.Für unseren Kunden, einen international tätigen Technologiekonzern, suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Communications Specialist (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Transformation & Change Management am Standort Erlangen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Kommunikationsformate
  • Erstellung ansprechender schriftlicher und visueller Botschaften, um Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
  • Unterstützung der Kommunikation für globale Veränderungsinitiativen (z. B. Digitalisierungsprojekte) um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Veränderungen für alle Beteiligten zu beschleunigen
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung effektiver Kommunikations- und Benutzerforen (z.B. Newsletter, Videos, Präsentationen usw.), um die Akzeptanz und bewährte Verfahren zu fördern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Beschaffungsabteilungen, Fachleuten und Projektteams
  • Messung und Analyse von Leistungsanalysen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einem kommunikationsbezogenen Bereich (PR, Journalismus, Marketing usw.)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit einschlägiger Erfahrung in der Kommunikation, idealerweise mit Interesse an Technologie und Innovation
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Organisation, Projektmanagement und Kommunikation
  • Hervorragende redaktionelle Fähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte in ansprechende Kommunikation zu verwandeln
  • Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit und zum Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Interessengruppen in verschiedenen Funktionen und an verschiedenen Standorten
  • Mittlere bis fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 (einschließlich SharePoint)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich), Deutsch ist ein Plus
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung digitaler Inhalte (z. B. Videos) ist von Vorteil
