Wir suchen Dich als Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d)
Deine Verantwortung
Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit der MEDIFOX DAN Kunden
Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenkontakt
Übernahme des Beschwerdemanagements
Bearbeitung von Kündigungen und Rückgewinnung von Kunden
Durchführung und Auswertung von Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen zur Kundenzufriedenheit
Unterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement-Prozess
Das bringst Du mit
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Bereich oder Berufserfahrung in einem kundenorientierten Beruf
Erfahrung in der Messung, Analyse und Auswertung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Kommunikations- und Argumentationsgeschick
Sehr gute Ausdruckfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
Analytische und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise im Umgang mit Kunden
Eigeninitiative und das Einbringen neuer Ideen
