The Mngr, Global Learning Architect – Finance is a key connection
between the L&D team and the ManpowerGroup global program
Phoenix. The role will leverage adult learning expertise and
instructional design experience to partner with global Finance function
to translate their learning and business needs into various learning
interventions. This role owns the governance/strategy of training for
the global project and manages/ runs training for the project. This
role will also partner with countries to support delivery and vendors to
ensure the best in class learning experience.

Your future tasks:
Content Development (40%)
Drives the overall training, budget, partners, connect to global learning assessing initial training needs based on Change impact Analysis (CIA) and Fit/Gap analysisAdjusts training strategy and approach based on training needs, country specific landscape (# of trainees, distribution, learner profile, etc..) in collaboration with Country Change Team and or training TeamPartners with Phoenix Change, Comms and P&C Teams to co-create deliverables and ensuring developed Comms & Training PlanWorks with the Finance Global Process Owners in order to ensure quality and relevancy of the contentCollaborates with the GBS (Service Center) to collect the needs and co-create necessary contentDevelops learning materialWorks with the Global CoE and vendors to get the best outputCreates TtT and onboards new trainers ensuring strong on-country delivery and for GBSProcess SME (20%)
Is responsible for creation of Phoenix Training StrategyIs responsible for the improvement of learning experience in Finance OrganizationWorks with Metrics and EvaluationAdapts the learning methods to the needsWorks with Trainers to ensure continuous improvementWorks with GPOs and local training resource and review survey resultsDetermines actions if required due to the survey results (lessons learned)Share results with Country and Phoenix teamWorks with GBS to ensure consistent training for this structureTraining Delivery (20%)
Ensuring local training deliverySupports GBS training deliveryKey go-to person for the countriesDelivering workshops as appropriateConducts Gap AnalysisAlign with Local P&C on the availability of the in-country L&D resources and identification of the necessary support
Experience you will need:
Experience developing learning solutions and strategy Proven experience in developing credibility (Program Management at least at country level) Experience as an instructional designer Developing Learning in the context of a Transformation Project Developing Finance Learning is a plus Fluent communication in English Managing Stakeholders Communication Skills High Learnability Problem Solving Working in a Matrix Organization
