The Area of responsibility includes:

Creation and maintenance of production capacity models for planning and optimization of production processes Creation and maintenance of direct labor calculation models for effective production workforce planning Developing the required technology and capacity for new projects to ensure a smooth introduction of new products Developing and documenting cost-saving projects to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency Analysis of production processes to identify weak points and potential for improvement Developing measures to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality in order to increase product quality and production efficiency Supervision of the company suggestion scheme to collect and implement ideas and suggestions from employees to improve production Support with budget and ABC cost preparation Evaluating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production facilities Accompanying and leading projects in the production areas to introduce new processes and technologies or to optimize existing processes.
