Information about the position 

In this exciting role you will be the key contact for all Employer Branding activities across Vinted, helping us to plan, develop, and execute talent/recruitment marketing activities across all our locations (Lithuania, Germany, France, Netherlands and UK). Your goal will be to develop, manage, and lead innovative multichannel marketing strategies/projects that attract, target, and engage both active and passive candidate pools across our business and to build engaged pipelines of talent for our current and future business needs across Europe. 

Partnering with the Talent Acquisition, People, Brand Strategy, PR and Internal Comms, you will have excellent project management, writing and communication skills, whilst being approachable, creative, digitally focused, proactive, and data driven.

In this position, youll 

Reporting to the Director of TA youll act as a key contact and advisor to the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities Manage all Employer Branding projects, taking the lead end to end - this could include building business cases, clarifying business needs, writing briefs and overseeing full project implementation and evaluation stages Work with the Talent Acquisition Leads and Directors to plan and drive recruitment marketing activities for each business area feeding into ideation, strategy, content generation, and asset creation Collaborate with Brand Strategy team, proposing strategic Employer Brand communication plans and aligning on the roadmap (annually and quarterly) Work with Brand Ops and Creative teams to set up a clear content delivery process for Employer Brand and ensure timely delivery Set the standard and objectives for all our Employer Branding content, ensuring we have engaging copy for job adverts, advertising campaigns, employer branding assets, email campaigns, events materials, online company profiles, and our careers pages Work with employees across Vinted to develop talent thought leadership content, identifying with topics and areas should be covered Analyse relevant data and analytics to provide Talent leadership with dashboards and reports, feeding into quarterly ORK planning resulting in clear roadmaps for the upcoming quarter Coordinate event marketing activities, ranging from in-house meet-ups to external sponsorship opportunities Using Linkedin Insights and Talent Hub, track our employer brand heath continuously researching and reviewing Talent marketing activities/tactics to improve, innovate, and develop new ideas, including analysis of how the team can reach new and retarget candidate pools Ensure strong collaboration with colleagues in Future Careers to deliver content for our Vintern and Academy offerings Lead on the development (asset creation and copy) of talent-related social media content across all platformsGlassdoor, Instagram, indeed, and LinkedInand develop and manage a global social content calendar Drive thought leadership and the development of associated content.

About you 

Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible approach to work is essential Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, future thinking planning 12 months plus in advance Previous Marketing/Communications experience is highly advantageous, Talent/Recruitment experience is beneficial Ability to take the lead on all Talent marketing projects, driving tactics, asset creation, content and idea generation that feeds into wider People and Talent strategic objectives Creative and can-do mindset, keen to learn, and not afraid to try new ideas and present them to the wider teams Outstanding written communication and editing skills for developing assets, content, and copy for a variety of audiences and platforms Excellent social media and digital knowledge, including an understanding of user experience and knowledge of channels including, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed, Facebook and Instagram Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward from inception to completion A team player with excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels in global teams Data-driven with a focus on improving our recruitment strategy based on results
