We, group.one, support our customers internationally through our various brands and over 1,200+ motivated employees in different areas to be successful online based upon mass scale Linux Open Source based hosting and cloud environments, currently operated by 120+ passionate engineering and sysadm co-workers.
Whether with domains, websites, cloud servers, support in digital marketing or through the Software as a Service (SaaS) approach, we help our customers to become successful online. In close cooperation with agencies, managed service providers and service providers, we also provide support in reselling, drawing on our decades of experience.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated manager for our “Managed Cloud Server and eCommerce” solutions team to take up the challenge to become head of building and maintaining our cloud server infrastructure that enables us to serve our customers with various eCommerce products.

You are responsible for leading, motivating and promoting the “Managed Cloud & eCommerce Products” team within the group CTO organization thereby driving our managed solutions through a profound understanding of requirements and customer offerings within the subject of eCommerce cloud offerings.You are responsible for the technical leadership of the “Managed Cloud & eCommerce Products” team including the implementation of daily management, communication and leadership.Your tasks will include project management across the entire product portfolio and product life cycle for managed cloud eCommerce products as well as independent responsibility, planning and implementation of technical projects within this areaObserving and analyzing market trends and competitor offerings and identifying customer requirementsYou manage the coordination of relevant areas in the company for product launches and product maintenance as well as the monitoring of product performance using technical and commercial KPIsYou create business cases and forecasts as well as profitability calculations for projects and products and contribute to the strategic development of the cloud server productsEnsuring data security and security guidelines in cooperation with central departments is essential to youTogether with your team, you are responsible for the maintenance and operating infrastructure components also with close co-operation with our group support organizationIdeally, you have a degree in computer science or have successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training and you have business know-how, potentially from a former eCommerce-based positionYou have at least 5 years of experience in leading a technical teamSound knowledge of the internet/hosting industry and potentially shopware is an advantageYou have experience with agile development methods and extensive experience in project management. You can also clearly formulate and prioritize product requirementsYour high goal and result orientation paired with your empathic way of working and your great cooperation skills characterize youGood written and spoken German and English skills, as well as a class B driver's license round off your profileWe don't care whether you are female, male or diverse, where you come from, how old you are, what color your skin is or what you believe in.
