Your scope and daily tasks
Managing the daily documentation processes between the internal and external parties involved using an implemented document management system Setting up the working environment in the document management system for new projects Carrying out quality checks on the documents Controlled transmission of documents to customers, suppliers and internal departments Compilation of document packages based on the Pressure Equipment Directive, Machinery Directive and ATEX DirectiveYour profile
Completed degree in technical/economics or IT or comparable training plus relevant professional experience general knowledge of engineering terms and understanding of engineering processes Professional experience in document management and experience in using a document management system Experience in documentation management for large projects Basic knowledge of technical documentation according to EU directives (DGRL, ATEX, MR) IT knowledge: MS Word and Excel, databases, Adobe Acrobat Professional IT affinity and the desire to automate workflows Very good knowledge of English and German High level of ability to work in a team To move forward in our environment in constant motion, you need to be solution-oriented & agile To have a result-oriented spirit, ownership & sense of initiative at every level of the company
