Customer Care Agent (f/m/x/d) - German or Dutch speaking

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist unser:e erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für all unsere Kund:innen Du hilfst unseren Kund:innen dabei, aus verzwickten Situationen herauszukommen, indem du sie rund um folgende Themen betreust: laufende Miete, unsere Fahrzeuge, Funktionen der App und Zahlungsoptionen Du nimmst Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail in unserem Service Center im Schichtdienst entgegen und löst diese schnellstmöglich Du findest Methoden, wie man Probleme effizient und effektiv lösen kann Du filterst wichtige Informationen und gibst deinen Kolleg:innen und anderen Teams detaillierte Berichte/Feedbacks über Fehlfunktionen in der App oder in den Fahrzeugen Du weißt, dass Qualität im Detail liegt, daher ist es unsere Priorität, die Kundenwünsche genau zu verstehen, um einen hochwertigen Service anbieten zu können

Deine Stärken

Du bist ein:e echte:r Problemlöser:in und es macht dir Spaß, Kund:innen beratend zur Seite zu stehen Du bist sehr kommunikativ und bringst herausragende Umgangsformen mit Du kennst dich idealerweise mit der Anwendung einer Kundensupport-Software aus Du kannst dich fließend auf Deutsch und / oder Holländisch, in Wort und Schrift, unterhalten - jede weitere Sprache (präferiert Französisch) ist ein Plus Du hast viel Spaß bei der Arbeit und ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist und mit viel positiver Stimmung hältst du den Fun Factor in unserem Customer-Care-Team konstant Du bist in der Lage, Kund:innen eine herausragende Customer Experience zu gewährleisten und gehst dafür immer die extra Meile Du bist emphatisch, hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und den Wunsch unseren Kund:innen stetig zu helfen

Your Mission

You are our first point of contact for all our customers You help our customers to get out of tricky situations by supporting them around the topics: ongoing rental, our vehicles, functions of the app and payment options You take inquiries by phone, chat and email and solve them as quickly as possible during your shifts You are efficient in finding out how to solve issues to provide the best and most effective solution You filter important information and give detailed reports/feedback about malfunctions in the app or vehicles to your colleagues and other teams You understand that quality lies within the detail, hence accomplishing customer requests with accuracy in order to provide high-quality service is our priority at all times

Your Strengths

You are a real problem solver and enjoy assisting customers in need You are very communicative and have excellent interpersonal skills You are ideally familiar with the use of customer support softwares  You have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal/written German and / or Dutch - French skills are a plus You have a lot of fun at work and a high level of team spirit and with a lot of positive vibes you keep the fun factor constant in our Customer Care team You know how to deliver a great customer experience and always go an extra mile You are empathetic and have a positive attitude with a desire to help our customers
