Wir, die BMW Group, bieten dir ein spannendes und abwechslungsreiches Praktikum im Bereich Brand & Innovation Strategy MINI. Das MINI Brand & Innovation Strategy Team arbeitet an der Weiterentwicklung der Marke MINI, sowie Innovationen und disruptive Geschäftsmodelle.

Was erwartet dich?

Betreuung der Schnittstellen von URBAN-X, dem Start-Up Programm von MINI (intern und in den Märkten). Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Pilotkonzepten zu Mobilitätslösungen in Städten. Koordination und Support im Kontext Neuausrichtung des MINI Markenraums im "Brand and Customer Institute" der BMW Group. Strategiekommunikation. Unterstützung des Teams sowie Durchführung von Recherchen, Organisation von Austauschrunden & sonstigen Veranstaltungsformaten, Erstellen von Präsentationsunterlagen.


Was bringst du mit?

Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (zweite Hälfte Diplom-/Bachelorstudiengang oder Masterstudium). Verständnis für Marktpotenziale, Kundensegmente, Trends und Services. Hohes Maß an selbstständigem Arbeiten sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes Urteilsvermögen sowie Flexibilität im Umgang mit sich verändernden Rahmenbedingungen. Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Marken- oder Kommunikationsstrategie wünschenswert. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit PowerPoint und Excel.
