Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your roleAs a Technology Analyst , you are supporting the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.Required• Good understanding on VM, OS, Network, storage and general datacenter technologies.• Good understanding ITIL process• Good understanding on all types of Unix / Linux and Windows Flavors• Strong knowledge of Storage, Backup and Networking• DELL EMC Networker, VEEAM, Veritas NetBackup, Linux and Windows Administration Intermediate Level• High analytical skills• SLA Mgmt and compliance• A high degree of initiative and flexibility• High customer orientation• High quality awareness• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsQualifications required Experience working in data center environments to support/coordinate the operation. Deep understanding of operation and change management and related processes within ITIL Experience with initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment. Knowledge of networks and computer hardware architecture, including maintenance and repair. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English & understanding of German Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvement Customer satisfaction is your focus, accordingly you have a strong service mentality  Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies, scale quickly and adapt situationally to different requirementsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
