Team Lead (m/w/d) Quality Assurance (QA) Pharmaceutical & BioCompounds Development
Zur Position:
Auf dieser Stelle als Teamleitung innerhalb des Bereich Qualitätsmanagement betreuen Sie und ihr Team die Fachbereiche Pharmaceutical und BioCompounds Development am Produktionsstandort Pfaffenhofen, sowie das Tissue Cell research Center München (TCRM). Dabei unterstützen Sie die operativen Abteilungen sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch bei der Erwei-terung eines bestehenden Qualitäts-Management-Systems. Ihr ausgeprägtes Verständnis für GMP und GDP hilft Ihnen die dabei notwendige Entscheidungen in Absprache mit den zu betreuenden Abteilungen zu treffen und die bestehenden Systeme weiterzuentwickeln, um zukünftige Herausforderungen zu meistern.
Angaben zur Tätigkeit:
Leitung und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von derzeit neun Mitarbeitern inkl. Coaching und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter Fachliche Verantwortung bezüglich qualitätsrelevanter Themen in den zu betreuenden Bereichen Verantwortung für die Umsetzung / Aufrechterhaltung eines GMP-konformen Betriebs und der Einhaltung der regulatorischen Vorschriften bei der Herstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe der Produkte (z.B. SOPs, Qualifizierungen, Validierungen) Überwachung, regelmäßige Bewertung und Anpassung der Qualitätssysteme und -prozesse Verantwortung für die Systemcompliance im betreuten Bereich im Standardbetrieb Verantwortung für die Betreuung von Inspektionen und Audits im eigenen Bereich Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von Änderungskontrollen und Abweichungen sowie bei der Durchführung von Untersuchungen, der Bewertung und der Sichtung von auftretenden Abweichungen Planung von Konzepten zur Selbstinspektion, sowie Durchführung von und Mitwirkung bei Selbstinspektionen; Überwachung von Folgemaßnahmen Leitung und Mitwirkung bei werksweiten Projekten zur Verbesserung der Qualität
Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung mit weiterführender Qualifikation und mehrjähriger Industrieerfahrung im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Herstellung Mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung im GxP-regulierten Umfeld; davon mindestens drei Jahre in der Qualitätssicherung/-kontrolle Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in nationalen und internationalen GMP-Regelwerken und Gesetzen im pharmazeutischen Bereich Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ATMPs und mRNA-Vakzinen und Klinikmusterherstellung sind von Vorteil Beharrlichkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit in einem multinationalen/multikulturellen Team Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Software-Applikationen wie z.B. MS-Office
