Senior Interior Automotive Designer (m/f/d)

Your Mission:

As a Senior Interior Designer in our Next Design Team at Kia Europe in Frankfurt, you will embark on the journey of creation, developing interior designs for concept cars and production vehicles by meticulously translating ideas into detailed drawings, strikingly realistic renderings, and three-dimensional design proposals.

Your Responsibilities:

Understanding Kia's DNA and Design Vision

You create innovative design proposals for production and concept cars, plus its' components

You consistently provide outstanding digital visualizations of proposed designs

You transport a project through all stages, from the first sketch to 3D data and full-size model

You handle design projects and presentations independently with minimal supervision

You generate new product development solutions

You closely co-work with all related functions within Design and R&D

You support the company’s long term design vision and strategy

Key Qualifications:

University Degree in Transportation Design or similar

Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Automotive Design industry

Express a high level of creativity through sketching, digital sketching, and stunning digital presentations

Strong experience in 2D and 3D software, including but not limited to Alias, Blender, Adobe and AI Software

Proactive, self-motivated and excellent time management

Excel at developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization

Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills in English
