Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und (systemseitige) Durchführung von Wareneingangsvorgängen gemäß Merz-Vorgaben, Ergreifen von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen vom Service-Level
  • Überwachung der konformen Einlagerung von Merz-Ware und der lagerinternen Warenbewegungen sowie deren Steuerung und Kontrolle
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Zustellung von Ware in der erwarteten Qualität inkl. Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Versand, Erstellung und Übergabe notwendiger Dokumente/Papiere
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der eingesetzten Dienstleister im Bereich Logistics sowie Einleiten von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Sorgfältige Nutzung des bereitgestellten Equipments und Information bei unvollständiger Funktionsweise
  • Einhaltung der qualitativen Vorgaben, Beteiligung an Audits, Reklamationsbearbeitung, Kontrolle von Lieferanten, GxP-gerechte Dokumentation, Mitwirkung bei Validierungen und Qualifizierungen
  • Angebotsanfrage und Auswertung, Mitwirkung bei Bestellungen und der Rechnungsprüfung, Reklamation unberechtigter Forderungen, Nutzung von Einsparpotenzialen
  • Projektarbeit, Unterstützung von Projekten, enge Verzahnung mit den Fachbereichen Reinheim, Logosys, Order Fulfillment und Planung


Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation (m/w/d), Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder ein angeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik 
  • Berufserfahrung im genannten Tätigkeitsfeld 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sowie Fachkenntnisse in IT-Systemen SAP (Materialwirtschaft, LIMS und weitere WMS)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Know-how im Bereich GxP und Arzneimittel
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Aufgeschlossenheit und entsprechende Flexibilität für neue Fragestellungen und das Erlernen neuer Techniken
  • Zielgerichtete, strukturierte, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
