What to expect?
The HR Manager (f/m/d) for Austria and Germany will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the IT sector and experience working across both Austrian and German markets.
Key responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Partner with senior management to understand the business needs and provide HR guidance.Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives. Address employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development.Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Austria and Germany. Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and legally compliant.HR Administration:
Oversee HR administrative tasks including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records. Implement and manage HR information systems (HRIS).Cultural Leadership:
Promote and uphold the company culture and values. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workplace.What do we expect?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the IT industry, with specific experience in Austria and Germany. In-depth knowledge of Austrian and German labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in German and English is required
