Ihre Verantwortung

Weltweiter Support von produkt- und anwendungsbezogenen Fragestellungen von Erbe Tochterunternehmen, Repräsentanzen, Vertragsfachhändlern und Außendienstmitarbeitern sowie nationalen Endkunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache Analyse von produkt- und anwendungsbezogenen Fragestellungen und Anleitung zur Behebung von Problemen  Support bei Ausschreibungen, Produktkonfigurationen, Produktspezifikationen sowie bei der Beschaffung und Erstellung von Herstellerinformationen Unterstützung des Produktentstehungsprozesses unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen und Interessen des Anwenders sowie das Bearbeiten von Produkt- und Anwendungsfeedback Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei Projekten mit Anwendungsbezug Dokumentation von produkt- und anwendungsbezogenen Anfragen im CRM-System Unterstützung unserer Anwender und Problemanalysen für IT-gestützte Anwendungstools Erstellung und Durchführung von internen Sales Schulungen sowie Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Workshops und Messen

Ihre Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene medizinische, medizintechnische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium  Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Freude an Themenstellungen aus dem medizinischen Umfeld sowie technische Affinität Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem CRM- bzw. PLM-System  Hohe Kundenorientierung und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Handeln Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
