Mercedes-Benz Group AG has a history of over years in Berlin. the Mercedes-Benz plant in Berlin, the oldest manufacturing plant in the Group, was founded in 2. It is part of the Mercedes Powertrain plants, which produce engines, transmissions and axles as well as their components. The portfolio of the Berlin site includes the production and assembly of engine / electric drive and combustion engine components.
In the future, electromobility will expand in our team. Your help is needed for the further development of existing/new assembly lines for an electric motor.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Participation in technical matters of the operating engineers and foremen Analysis and preparation of specific key figures Optimization of production machines and assembly processes Data evaluation and error analysis Participation in GAB activities (holistic plant support) Moderation, preparation and follow-up of meetings Preparation and editing of presentations Developing and implementing suggestions for improvement Collaboration with experts from the fields of logistics, maintenance, quality, work management, safety, environment, IT and planning Qualifikationen Degree in mechanical engineering, production/manufacturing technology, automotive engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study Proficient in written and spoken German and English Confident handling of MS Office Commitment Ability to work in a team Analytical mindset and strategic way of working Good communication skillsAdditional information:
