Allianz Consulting was established in 2004 as the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Our vision is to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments. Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects.
Our consulting services focus on our clients' needs ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and agile. We bring deep, industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients’ requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.
Joining Allianz Consulting means working in a fully international environment alongside other talented people who enjoy sharing their knowledge and experiences, having increased personal responsibilities and working under a flat management hierarchy. We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in our Property and Casualty Consulting Team to join us on group-wide consulting projects across the whole insurance value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Qualification, Certification and Experience
University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics or comparable qualification Minimum 3 years work experience in the broader financial/insurance industry in an international environment Overall insurance business experience Product knowledge of Property and Casualty products Property and Casualty knowledge either from Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims or Operations” Experience in creating strategies and conceptual plans to implement changes Experience in project management and implementation Proficiency in written and spoken English Language Strong analytical and solution-focused approach Willingness to take ownership Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PPT Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of customer orientation and team spirit
