To support our team at the a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn we are looking for YOU A hardworking and independent as Student Studentenjob: Guest Relation / Reception Specialist (m/f/x).

We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students and technical college students who enjoy a part-time job in the hostel.

YOUR JOB

You are the contact person for guests in the lobby and assist them with words and deeds. You welcome our arriving groups, e.g. school classes, and familiarize them with the customs and procedures of the hotel. For large arrivals you support the guests at the self-check-in and with the check-in preparation formalities. The individual greeting and support of the guests at breakfast is part of your duties You actively collect guest feedback and encourage our guests to give feedback in the online rating portals You actively support at the reception (check-in/check-out) The regular control of the online rating portals is your task

YOUR PROFILE

You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) with a valid certificate of enrollment for a full-time course of study. You enjoy contact with guests and dealing with them You are an open person and approach people proactively Ideally, you already have experience as: Customer Service Representative or Customer Care Representative. You have a high degree of commitment and independence You have very good German and good English skills
