The OperationsFinance Controller for Cytiva is responsible for any Financerelated topics of the plant including Finance, Tax and Controllingand embedded in the expert Controllership team acrossEurope..

This position is partof the Global Finance Organization of Cytiva located in Dassel andwill be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance futuretherapeutics from discovery todelivery.

What youwill do:

  • Oversight overfinancial closing and Reporting (US GAAP &Statutory)
  • Preparation of statutory financialstatements
  • Main points person for internal,financial and tax auditors
  • Responsible for SOX/local financial controls
  • Analysis and reportingof production related KPIs
  • Working closely withthe Cytiva Process teams
  • Collaboration withGlobal Tax team to ensure accurate and timely CIT & VATfilings
  • Communication, monitoring andadministering of relevant policies andprocedures.

Whoyou are:

  • Accounting/ Financedegree (eg Master, MBA) and 5 - 7 year experience in FinancialReporting and Controlling of a manufacturingentity
  • Strong analytical skills/ability toread, analyse, and interpret financial reports and legaldocuments.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in MS Office and financial software (Onestream,Oracle)
  • Experience in handling multipleconcurrent tasks and meeting strictdeadlines
  • Advanced communication skills toeffectively communicate with management, public groups, peers andstaff

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

  • Experience in working ina global USenvironment.
  • Collaborationwith Shared ServiceCenters
