(Senior) Customer Project Manager Implementation

Aufgaben Eigenständiges Führen der Projekte sowie Steuern des Projektfortschritts unter Berücksichtigung von vereinbarten Terminen, Kosten und der entsprechenden Qualität Eigenverantwortliches Erarbeiten und Vereinbaren von Projektzielen, Abstimmen der Projekt-Charta, Organisieren und Strukturieren des Projektes und andauerndes Aktualisieren der Projektpläne Mitarbeiten bei der Definition der Projektinhalte und Unterstützen bei der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen Erarbeiten von Risikoanalysen sowie Entwickeln der entsprechenden Gegenmaßnahmen Eigenständiges Dokumentieren und Reporten der Projekte, bspw. Anforderungen der Kunden, Change Requests sowie Reporting für die Geschäftsführung, Steuerungsgremien, andere Fachabteilungen und Kunden

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder alternativ eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einschlägigen Projekten, vorzugsweise innerhalb der TK-/IT-Branche Gute Methodenkenntnisse des Projektmanagements (z. B. Wasserfallmethode und agiles Projektmanagement) Hohes technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Zertifizierungen, z.B. Prince2 oder ITIL von Vorteil Reisebereitschaft Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
