Senior Product Engineer Bike (all genders)

Unsere Entwicklungsprojekte entstehen in einem engagierten Team von Product Engingeers und Projectmanagern. Unsere Passion ist es, mit Kreativität und Liebe zum Bike funktionierende und aufregenden Produkte zu entwickeln. Diese bringen wir dann auf die Trails und Straßen dieser Welt – von der Idee bis zur Serienreife. Mit innovativen Entwicklungen gestalten wir die Zukunft der Fahrradwelt.

WAS DU TUN WIRST
  • Du koordinierst alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Markteinführung unserer Entwicklungsprojekte gemeinsam mit dem Projektmanagement in kreativen und agilen SCRUM Phasen 
  • Du hilfst deinen Teamkolleg:innen mit deiner Expertise ihre Fähigkeiten und Projekte noch weiter zu verbessern
  • Du interagierst mit den Schnittstellen Product Management, Brand Management und den operativen Abteilungen unserer Produktions- und Montagestandorte
  • Du begleitest die Produktionsanläufe bei unseren Lieferanten weltweit und an unseren Montage-Standorten
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Produktions- und Qualitätsstandards, sowie von Termintreue für deine Projekte sicher
WAS DU MITBRINGST
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeug- oder Elektrotechnik, Produktdesign oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und Konstruktion von Fahrrädern oder ähnlichen technischen Produkten sowie der Integration von E-Systemkomponenten
  • Erfahrung mit Kinematik- und Geometrie-Auslegungen sowie FEM-Simulationen und FMEA-Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Aluminium-Fertigungsprozessen, Design und Konstruktion von Bauteilen in 3D, idealerweise mit Solidworks
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Fahrradmechanik und -technologie
  • Eine analytische und proaktive Arbeitsweise und ein Streben nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung 
  • Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an internationaler Teamarbeit
  • Leidenschaft fürs gemeinsame Radfahren
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
