Your tasks
Responsibility for the system administration of Windows infrastructures and the applications used Ensuring operation and solving problems in 2nd and 3rd level support Error analysis and resolution of escalated problems Planning and implementation of changes Continuous updating of operating process and system documentation Collaboration in customer projects, e.g. updating and expanding infrastructures
Your profile
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification Initial experience as an IT system administrator Very good and structured knowledge in the areas of Windows operating systems, group policies, network and MS Office Good written and spoken German and English skills Strong service and consulting orientation Ability to work in a team as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working-
