Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm eine/n engagierte/n

Business Architect (m/w/d) CSO and Manufacturing 

Angaben zur Tätigkeit:

Für unsere IT Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Architekt als SAP Inhouse Consultant zur Unterstützung des produktiven SAP Betriebes sowie zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Schnittstellen an unserem Produktionsstandort in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm. Im Fokus stehen dabei die Bereiche Clinical Supply Operati-on (CSO), der pharmazeutischen Produktion, der Qualitätskontrolle als auch Lager und Versand. Einen wesentlichen Schwerpunkt wird zunächst die Projektunterstützung zur Implementierung von ICSM (SAP Modul „Intelligent Clinical Supply Management“) für den Bereich CSO an unserem Standort bilden.

Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung wird das Aufgabengebiet die folgenden Bereiche umfassen:

Unterstützung der Business Process Owner und Key User im Bereich CSO, Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle, Lager und Versand im Rahmen des SAP ERP-Betriebs Prozessanalyse und Erarbeitung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten sowie die Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten zur Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich Durchführung von Anpassungen (Customizing und ggf. Entwicklung) bzw. Koordination von externen Dienstleistern in den Modulen ICSM, PP-PI, QM, WM, PM Übernahme des Projektmanagements bei mittleren und größeren Projekten Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Testvorbereitung und Testdurchführung Durchführung 2nd Level Support (Incident und Problem Management) und Unterstützung des Service Request Managements Monitoring von Prozessen und Schnittstellen Mitwirkung bei der Bewertung, Durchführung und Umsetzung von Change Control Prozessen Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentation im regulierten Umfeld (GxP)

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

Mehrere Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit mindestens 2 SAP Modulen im Bereich PP-PI, QM, WM, MM, PM, EHS. Gute Kenntnisse über Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich der Klinikmusterherstellung, Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle sowie Lager und Versand Erfahrung im Bereich Customizing und den Betrieb von relevanten Modulen von SAP ECC inklusive der entsprechenden Verfahren und Prozesse Gute Englischkenntnisse
