AIT Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Responsibility for the generation of AIT standard documents ( Work Instructions (WIs), and AIT document templates) Responsibility for the definition of standard AIT processes Standardisation of working methods (process verification, work instruction, procedure references) AIT interface for company-wide IT tools like SAP, PDM, Polaris Continuous update of generic AIT documentation ( AIT handbook) Training, guidance and mentoring of employees Implementation of a permanent improvement process (incl. Lessons Learnt) Ensure close cooperation with other disciplines, in particular Process Qualification Office, Quality Assurance, to assure delivery of WIs in quality and time Coordination of training efforts for AIT

Your Qualifications

Successful finished education in production engineer or a degree focused on space technology or comparable qualification Substantiated knowledge in the field of production, preferably gained in space technology Familiar with applicable space standards is a plus Process oriented mindset Sense of responsibility and effectiveness in work are characteristic for you Fluency in spoken and written English
