Your responsibilities:
lead a team of +/- 15 internal sales advisors in 3 locations in Belgium and Germany.
guide the team as a true coach while implementing new processes and structures.
professionalize the sales performance of the inside sales team.
take the customer orientation and service awareness of the team to the next level.
motivate and develop the team.
be responsible for the creation of qualitative reports, in order to be able to guarantee a good follow-up of the customer contacts.
update and maintain product knowledge of the different divisions within TVH, in order to optimize the service towards the customers.
work in our office in Langenhagen and be willing to travel to Belgium every 6 weeks.
Your profile / how to succeed:
You are a proven people leader.
You have a strong experience in customer service, (technical) internal sales,…
You have the experience of guiding a team trough change. You see the opportunities in change.
Having worked in an international and/or technical environment is a strong plus.
You have a fluent knowledge in English and German.
You are willing to travel 15-20% of your time.
